Mr. Salih Zeki Çakır acquired all company shares and became the sole shareholder.
March 13, 2024
The company was renamed Trabzon Shipyard Inc. (Shipbuilding, Maintenance, Repair, Industry and Trade).
2005 – 2021
Mr.Çakır is one of the founding members of Sefine Shipyard and he was a partner of Hersek Shipyard
Today
As the sole shareholder of Trabzon Shipyard, Mr. Çakır continues his work in the industry. He also operates ORAS Shipping, founded in 1992, engaging in international maritime transportation and ship trading with dry cargo and bulk carriers.
